These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of diskolabs.org (the "Site"), operated by Smith Robinson ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and download our software for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access non-public areas without authorization.
Software downloads
Software offered for download (such as DISKO Sync, DISKO Remix, and other DISKO tools) is licensed, not sold, and your use of it is governed by our End User License Agreement. Some apps are free; paid plans and cloud features are offered separately through disko.media under its own terms.
Intellectual property & trademarks
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Smith Robinson or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. DISKO™, the DISKO logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of Smith Robinson. You may not use them without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party links
The Site links to other sites (such as disko.media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.
Disclaimer
The Site and any downloads are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smith Robinson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site or downloads.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
