Every effect is fully featured before you buy. Renders carry a DISKO MOTION TRIAL watermark until you enter a license code.
After Effects and Premiere Pro
Flow, Shutter and Unboil use the GPU: Metal on macOS, Vulkan 1.1 on Windows.
Questions at the counter
Is it really a rental?
No. "Rent it" is the video-store joke. You pay once and keep the effect: no subscription, no due date, no late fees.
How does the license code work?
After you buy, the store emails you a license code. Enter it in the effect's Options in Effect Controls (or Window > DISKO Motion License.jsx in After Effects) and the trial watermark goes away.
Does it need the internet?
Not to work. License codes work offline. You need a connection to buy and download, not to render.
How many computers can I use it on?
A license code works on up to three computers you use.
What happens when V2 comes out?
Every 1.x update is free. V2 will come later as a paid upgrade, and V1 keeps working if you stay on it.
Can I get a refund?
Try the free trial first: it's the full effect, just watermarked. If an effect you bought won't run on your setup and we can't fix it, email support@disko.media within 30 days and we'll refund it. Refunded codes may stop working in a later update.
Which versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro?
After Effects 2024 or later and Premiere Pro 2024 or later, on macOS 12 or later, Apple silicon and Intel (universal), or Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Flow, Shutter and Unboil use the GPU: Metal on macOS, Vulkan 1.1 on Windows (keep your graphics driver current), with frames up to 16 megapixels.
Buying more than one?
Put the disks in the caddy on disko.media and pay once. Once the disks in your caddy cost more than the box set, the caddy swaps them for it.
